4. Pricing and Payments

The final price, payment schedule, and other commercial terms will be communicated to the client before the project begins.

7. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate content, images, business information, credentials, and other materials required for the project.
The client must also ensure that the content, images, logos, videos, documents, or other materials provided to me do not violate copyright, trademark, privacy, or other applicable laws.
8. Domain and Hosting
Domain names, hosting accounts, email services, premium themes, plugins, licenses, and other third-party services may involve separate costs.
Unless otherwise agreed, these costs are the responsibility of the client.
Clients should maintain ownership and control of their domain and hosting accounts. Where access is provided for development purposes, I will use that access only as reasonably necessary to perform the agreed services.
9. Third-Party Plugins and Services
WordPress websites may require third-party themes, plugins, APIs, payment gateways, hosting providers, analytics tools, or other external services.
The availability, security, pricing, features, and functionality of third-party services are controlled by their respective providers.
I am not responsible for changes, outages, discontinued services, compatibility issues, or pricing changes caused by third-party providers.
10. Website Performance and SEO
I may provide website speed optimization and SEO-related services as part of a project.
However, no specific Google ranking, traffic level, sales volume, conversion rate, or business result is guaranteed.
Search engine rankings and website performance can be affected by many factors outside my control, including search engine algorithm changes, hosting performance, competition, website content, backlinks, and third-party services.
11. Website Security
Reasonable measures may be taken to improve website security and protect the website from common threats.
However, no website can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
I am not responsible for security incidents caused by compromised hosting accounts, weak passwords, outdated third-party software, unauthorized access, malware, server issues, or vulnerabilities outside my reasonable control.

Unless otherwise agreed, the client retains ownership of the original content, branding, logos, images, and other materials supplied by the client.
Ownership or licensing of custom website work, designs, themes, plugins, stock images, fonts, and third-party resources may depend on the applicable license or project agreement.
Third-party themes, plugins, fonts, images, icons, and other assets remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.
13. Portfolio and Website Showcase
With the client’s permission, I may showcase completed website projects in my portfolio, website, social media, or other professional promotional materials.
If a client does not want their website or project displayed publicly, they can communicate this before or during the project.
14. Payments, Cancellation and Refunds
Payment, cancellation, refund, and project termination terms may vary depending on the project and will be discussed with the client before work begins.
Work already completed, third-party purchases, licenses, hosting, domains, or other non-refundable expenses may not be refundable.
Any refund, where applicable, will be handled according to the agreed project terms.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, I will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the use of the website or services.
This may include loss of revenue, business interruption, loss of data, loss of profits, or issues caused by third-party services.
